Hope that YOUR Labor Day wasn't a complete washout-- but now with the end of summer and fall rapidly approaching..we are thinking busy cool days ahead and delicious muffins for breakfast and snacks. On Sept . 7 at 8:15 I will be on FOX 19 making Surprise! Muffins! The complete recipe will be on FOX 19's website FREE for you to print copies. This one IS NOT in the cookbooks so you will want to get the recipe for these easy tasty fruity muffins made with pancake mix! Also wanted to let you know that we are highlighting the big RIDEATHON for Bridge Riding for the Disabled. This is their annual "horse show" put on by their riders. Bridge Riding also has a fundraiser coming up, Oct 20 at Heather's in Springboro, 5-10 pm. Tickets are $40.00. This will be a beer and winefest event with an auction .
